MICKY MARKER grew up in Long Beach, California - the home of the second busiest seaport in the United States. It served as MICKY’s initial introduction to the world of shipping and proved to be a major inspiration to his career path. Even when MICKY and his family relocated to the Midwest, he could not shake his calling to work in the shipping industry. At the age of 17, he embarked upon his career. Prior to establishing Wild west shipping (wws) in 2001,MICKY worked as the operations manager of a Fortune 500 company for eleven years. During this period, he honed his skills and furthered his knowledge of the industry. He had reached the apex of Logistics and decided to go into business for himself, his way, the right way, the only way. Danny will never accept it any other way.

Today, Wild west shipping does business with more than 200 agents worldwide and has achieved more than 400% growth for the fourth year in a row. Wild west shipping opened a satellite office in Dayton, Ohio in 2005 and will have at least one more office opened by the end of 2008. Even with the company’s growth and expansion, MICKY MARKER remains involved in all aspects. He is accessible to all of his clients and maintains a finger on the pulse of the business at all times.
